What locations do you recommend having a picnic at?
Some of our favorite picnic locations include Shell Beach, Avila Beach, and Morro Strand Beach.
Do the picnics include food?
The picnic package does not include food unless you choose food add-ons (Charcuterie, donuts, or cake). We recommend bringing your own food or picking up food to-go at a restaurant on the way. We can also pick you up food at a restaurant for you and have it ready to enjoy when you arrive at your picnic, just arrange that with us beforehand! There will be a fee associated with the pick up.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once payment has been received it is non-refundable. If there is adverse weather on the day of your picnic we can reschedule your picnic for another day up to 60 days from the original date. Refund policy differs for larger picnic groups, if your picnic has a different policy you will be made aware of this at the time of booking.
Can I book a picnic for more than 2 people?
Yes! Choose additional people on the picnic booking form and you can bring up to 2 additional people, for a total of 4 people. Inquire via email for any picnics with 5+ people to receive a custom quote.
Can we add customizations to our picnic?
Check out our add-ons page to see all the cool items you can include in your picnic! Contact us beforehand if there is anything else specific you would like, we would love to work with you to make this the picnic of your dreams! Additional fees may apply depending on what the customizations are.
Do we need to clean up at the end of our picnic time?
Nope! We will show up at the end of your time slot to clean everything up and take it down, there is nothing you need to do.
Can we hold a picnic at any location?
Within reason yes, if it is an easily accessible location that is open to the public then the odds are we can have your picnic there! We can also set one up at your home, inside or in your backyard. If you have a location in mind that is 15+ miles outside of San Luis Obispo then travel fees will apply. Contact us if you have a specific location in mind that you are curious about!
How do you book a picnic?
Book your picnic by filling out the Google Form under the "Book Now" tab with all your information. We will contact you once you fill out the form to confirm your date and time. Your picnic will be secured and booked once you pay for it.
How far in advance do you recommend booking your picnic?
We recommend booking your picnic as far in advance as you can! This is to ensure that we have availability on your chosen date and time. But we also accept last minute bookings if we have availability!
